How long is pure cardio insanity workout

The INSANITY workout is considered by many to be the hardest workout out there, and the Pure Cardio workout might be one of the key reasons why. Unlike any of the other videos I have reviewe this workout does not have any pre-determined water breaks. In other words, it’s straight up cardio at full blast for about ~ minutes. You should be hitting this INSANITY workout by the end of your second week, and if you’re following the schedule, it should come right on the heels of your Pure Cardio workout. Which means you’ll be hitting this already warmed up, but hopefully not completely burned out! Cardio Abs is only minutes long, and as such you should be able to breeze through it quickly.


I really like this workout because it is non-stop fun! I am not one for repetition so this one holds a special place in my heart. No breaks, no resting, just minutes of pure cardio , nice! I restarted insanity times before this last run because I. It is an “at home” workout, which uses only your body weight. Many people complain about how they don’t have time.
